Before You Reach Out

How do I know if therapy is right for me?

+

If you're struggling with your emotions, relationships, or simply feel stuck, therapy can help. The free introductory call is a great way to explore whether therapy—and working with me—feels right for you.

What happens in the first session?

+

The first session is about getting to know each other and understanding what brings you to therapy. We'll discuss your goals, any concerns, and how we might work together. It's a safe, non-judgemental space to explore what you need.

Do you offer online sessions?

+

Yes! I offer both in-person sessions in Fulham (SW6) and online sessions via Google Meet for clients across the UK. Both formats provide the same quality of therapeutic support.

Is therapy confidential?

+

Absolutely. Everything discussed in our sessions is confidential and protected by BACP ethical guidelines. The only exceptions are situations where there is a risk of serious harm to you or others, which I would always discuss with you first.
